Growing up, I was an active child, playing tennis in the summer and soccer in the winter. As great as it was, it resulted in serious aches and pains, particularly affecting my neck and my lower back. It was then I visited the local chiropractor. He diagnosed me and adjusted my spine. I was also taught to correct my postural misalignments in order to reduce stress being placed on the spinal bones and nervous system. From then on, my pain significantly reduced and my sporting performance improved dramatically.

I graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science, majoring in Anatomy and Physiology, and a postgraduate degree as a Master of Chiropractic. I have experience working in multi-disciplinary clinics along side chiropractors, physiotherapists and remedial massage therapists, and have a keen interest in Women’s Health/Pregnancy, pediatrics and general family wellness care. My focus is to help people achieve optimal health and maintain a high quality of life by way of a healthy spine and nervous system. I believe in an integrated treatment approach which includes active rehabilitation to promote biomechanical correction and preventative care.

On a personal note, I am happily married and enjoy staying active. I also enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis/soccer and spending time with family and friends.
